Why am I getting charged $15 shipping if my piece is fully covered with the $250 coupon code?

Everything under $250 on our website is subject to a $15 shipping fee, regardless of applicable discount codes.

Can this offer be applied to custom jewelry?

Yes! You are welcome to use your credit towards a custom piece of jewelry. However, as all our custom designs are created using 14k gold or platinum metals, our custom designs typically begin at $1,000. If you’d like to create a custom piece you can book a meeting with one of our jewelry designers and your discount code will be applied in person over a Zoom call. You can book your consultation using the ‘Book Consultation’ button below.

Are there any pieces excluded from this offer?

Yes, our partnership collections, such as the Michelle Wie West, Ros Gold-Unwude and Koko Slunjski collections, as well as the American Valor Rose are excluded from this offer.

Do the codes expire?

No, your code doesn’t expire!

If I buy 2 FFF boxes can I use my two codes on two individual purchases (not stacking)?

Yes, you are able to buy two different FabFitFun boxes with two different Wove codes and each code on a different piece of jewelry.

How often do you add new pieces to your site?

We add new pieces to our site on a quarterly basis.

Do you offer sterling silver jewelry?

We currently offer sterling silver versions of select Jewelry pieces, including our Lover Bracelet and Monogram Studs.

I love the Ho'mau bracelet but it’s out of stock. Is it coming back?

Thank you! We currently do not have plans to restock the Ho’omau bracelet.

My FFF was not applied to my order - what do I do now?

If there was a problem applying your code to your order, please email hello@wovemade.com with your order # and the FFF code for us to be able to apply your discount code.

I'm trying to buy a piece but it's now sold out.

Due to high demand, our pieces have been selling out rather quickly! However, we are constantly updating our inventory so please check back in to discover new pieces or see if your desired piece is back in stock. We're excited for you to find your new favorite piece!

Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange Only within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Original merchandise must be unworn and unused, and in original condition. Packaging and shipping costs for all returns/exchanges is the responsibility of the buyer.
